A public hearing has been scheduled for September 8, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the Ashtabula Township C.D. Ray Community Room, 2718 North Ridge Road East, Ashtabula, Ohio to consider an application to conduct a gaming business that will provide amusement in the existing building located at 2048 East Prospect Road. All applicants are required to follow Article 5, Section 563, General Standards Applicable to All Conditional Uses (1- 9) and Article 5, Section 564, Specific Criteria for Conditional Uses (2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 12, 14, and 15) for this type of business.
